1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or bringing your RV or vehicle to VJ'S Auto Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit your information through our website.

2. Services

VJ'S Auto Service is a fixed-location repair facility in Arcadia, California, serving motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and everyday cars and trucks. We work on both chassis and mechanical systems and RV house systems. We are not a mobile or roadside service — vehicles must be driven or towed to our shop for all work.

3. Appointments and Quote Requests

Appointments are scheduled based on shop availability and confirmed by phone or text. Submitting a quote request through our website does not reserve a bay or guarantee a specific date or time until we confirm with you. We aim to respond to every request within one business day during our hours of Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.

4. Estimates and Authorization

Quotes given by phone or online are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change once we inspect the vehicle, and diagnostic time may be billed separately. We will not perform additional work beyond what you authorized without contacting you first for approval.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans change — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please call (855) 914-3816 as soon as possible so we can release the bay to another customer. Special-order parts already purchased for your vehicle may be non-refundable.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full when the vehicle is picked up unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of scheduling. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to reasonable storage charges.

7. Warranty

Qualifying repairs are covered by our 1-Year / 12,000-Mile Warranty, covering parts and labor we supplied and installed. The warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts, damage from abuse, collision, neglected maintenance, or repairs declined at the time of service. Parts may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty. Warranty work must be performed at our Arcadia shop.

8. Vehicle Condition, Contents and Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aged or brittle trim, seals, decals or fasteners that may be affected during normal repair procedures, or for personal belongings left inside. Please remove valuables and secure loose items in your RV before your appointment.

9. SMS Terms and Conditions

Message types. We send two separate types of messages:

• Account notifications: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, vehicle status updates, and invoices.
• Promotional offers: service specials and seasonal reminders. These require a separate opt-in.

How consent is collected. Consent is collected through optional, unchecked checkboxes on the forms on this website, or through the website chat widget. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost trip time, lodging, or towing arranged by others.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
