RV Refrigerator Repair in Arcadia, CA
An RV refrigerator is not a house refrigerator. Most are absorption units with no compressor, running on propane or 120-volt, and they're fussy about heat, level, and ventilation. When one stops cooling, the fix might be a $40 igniter or a full cooling unit — and knowing which is the whole job.

Confirm both energy sources
We test the 120-volt heating element and the propane burner, gas pressure, and the control board so we know whether one leg or the whole unit failed.

Check the environment
Vent stack airflow, baffles, roof vent condition, and whether the coach has been parked out of level — all of these can stop an absorption fridge from cooling.

Repair or advise honestly
If it's a board, igniter, thermistor, or blocked burner, we fix it. If the cooling unit is dead, we'll say so and lay out replacement versus a modern 12V compressor conversion.
